Excitement.ch is a live escape game for a group of two to six people in specially designed and technically equipped rooms at Limmatstrasse 2, 8967 Spreitenbach.
By booking, each game participant or, in the case of game participants under 18 years of age, their legal guardian accepts the validity of these GTC.
Number of participants and age
The game group consists of two to six persons. The minimum age for participation is 8 years. Children between the ages of 8 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Booking
The booking of a match is made via the form on the website https://excitement.ch and will be confirmed by e-mail. Only after receiving the confirmation email, the booking is considered binding. Therefore, please check the information contained therein for accuracy and completeness

Payment and costs
Payment is made on site and is possible immediately before the start of the game. Cash payment is possible at the Excitement.ch reception. This also applies to the purchase of gift vouchers. The current prices and special promotions, if any, are displayed on the booking page. The price of the game you have chosen will be confirmed when you complete the booking.
Cancellation
A cancellation free of charge or a rebooking is possible at least 48 hours before the booked play date. Cancellation can be made by e-mail or telephone:

If the 48-hour deadline is not met, Excitement.ch reserves the right to charge the posted price for the booked game.
Punctuality
Punctuality is the sole responsibility of the players. In case of unpunctual appearance, the participants will be allowed to enter, but the game time will be reduced according to the lateness (up to 30 minutes). The price of the booked game will not be refunded in case of lateness .
Admission
Heavily intoxicated persons will be turned away; the money will not be refunded in such a case. In addition, Excitement.ch reserves the right to refuse admission to the game without further explanation.
Secrecy
Participants agree to maintain confidentiality about the course of the game, individual brainteasers, puzzles, approaches to solutions, secret hiding places, etc. Discretion. In particular, participants undertake not to disclose any of the above details in the publicly accessible media, such as blogs, video blogs, mass media, etc. During the game, any photo, video and audio recording is prohibited. Before the start of the game, you will be asked to leave all relevant devices, including cell phones, etc., outside or turn them off. In case of violation, Excitement.ch reserves the right to cancel the game and the price of the booked game will not be refunded. Furthermore, Excitement.ch reserves the right to demand the deletion of the recorded material.
Use of content
Any commercial use of content, such as gameplay, brainteasers, puzzles, solutions, secret hiding places, etc., used in Excitement.ch games is prohibited.
Interruptions
Due to a high technical complexity of Excitement.ch games, short interruptions may occur under certain circumstances for the purpose of fixing technical malfunctions. Excitement.ch reserves the right to allow the interruptions or delays of the game due to this reason up to a maximum of 15 minutes, in which case the price of the booked game will not be refunded, not even proportionally.
Cancellation on the part of Excitement.ch
For technical reasons, a confirmed booking may be cancelled under certain circumstances. Excitement.ch reserves the right to do so and participants will be informed immediately. In this case, the full price of the booked game will be refunded or an alternative game date (if available) will be offered that meets the wishes of the participants. No additional compensation will be paid for the cancellation of the game.
Liability
Excitement.ch shall ensure that all services agreed upon at the time of booking are provided with care and expertise. Should the agreed services not be provided or be provided inadequately due to the negligence of Excitement.ch employees or representatives, Excitement.ch shall assume liability. If the participant wishes to make a claim against Excitement.ch, it is his/her responsibility to prove that thenecessary care and expertise was not exercised in the provision of the services.

Excitement.ch does not take any responsibility for claims of any kind that are due to actions of the participants or a third party or that follow from events that were not foreseeable or avoidable (force majeure).
Complaint
In order to solve problems effectively, participants are requested to report any malfunctions or defects within one month since the Excitement.ch visit, indicating the booking number. The complaint can be submitted by e-mail or by phone:
